A short but steady day at the mall lots of kids some family pictures which Santa loves to be part of

Day 41 Dec 23

Another busy day on the set so many children coming to see Santa Santa is finding that 98% of the kids are asking for only one thing and for the most part their manners are great saying thank you and wishing Santa a Merry Christmas again parents and grand parents let the children be children they will respond this is their time not yours

Day 40 Dec 22

Santa cannot believe how busy it has been so many families coming by for visit's or pictures Santa has time for everyone that comes by Also alot of children coming by for the third or fourth time It is so great to see the kids
Parents and grand parents need to let Santa work his magic with the kids do not repeat what Santa says do not tell the child what to say let the child answer in their own time Santa will find something that gets the child to open up let him do his magic

These last few days have been so busy it is great to see so many children come to visit Santa The elves will be working overtime this year

The days are flying by the sad part about being busy Santa doesn't have time to spend 20 minutes talking to kids He tries real hard to make every child's visit an memorable one

Wow what a day Santa was very busy Santa learned more about the honesty and innocence of children About mid morning I had this family of two boys one 3 1/2 the other about 6 We where sitting and talking the youngest was very articulate and open he was sitting beside me his brother  was sitting on my lap I asked the youngest if he wanted to sit on my lap in a very clear and distinct voice he informed Santa "No Santa I know that if I sat on your lap I would freak out so I will sit beside you" Santa started laughing so hard he almost p'd his pants the Elves on the set where in total laughter as where  the youngster's parents The other incident was a bit embarrassing for Santa A lady her little 4 year old daughter and their family dog where all sitting on my lap we had just taken a family picture The mother got off my lap with the dog leaving the little girl and Santa to smile for the camera  After a few pictures where taken I leaned over to the girl to ask her what she wanted for Christmas The little girl in a very low voiced informed Santa that he had a booger hanging from his nose  after turning thirty shades of red I started discretely getting rid of my booger after numerous swipes at the offending booger I was informed by the little girl that I had totally missed it a few more shades of red Santa went on a search and destroy mission after a few wider and more aggressive swipes I was informed by my makeup specialist that my mission had been successful. In my best non embarrassing low voice   I thanked my keeper very profusely She calmly stated no problem Santa . How many adults would sit and tell you that you had a booger and remain around to make sure that you had removed it successfully. Not many I myself have turned away from someone else's misfortune of the hanging booger.

This past Wednesday I had a Marine just home from Aphganastan  one of the first things that he did was to come to the mall to see Santa He wanted to come back in his dress uniform for a picture.Today he showed up with his family wearing his Marine dress uniform Santa bought  his picture and a frame for him. A lot of people still believe in the magic of Santa .
Today was another busy day to say the least.

A steady and busy day the rush is finally on Santa was tired at the end of the day not much time for long detailed conversations with the kids now to many standing in line but Santa still had some great moments Two little girls sisters brought santa some pumpkin bread  and glass beads

Wednesday another busy day for Santa in fact it was so busy the elves caught Santa  holding a sleeping two week old baby catching a little shut eye himself

Another steady day with children arriving all day to visit with Santa The children are always interesting in how they react with Santa when they are sitting on his lap as is evident by this little girl

Monday was again a busy long day but with some humor which is normal with kids visiting Santa
In order to get a child to smile the elves behind the camera are always coming up with ideas to capture the perfect smile This little girl was smiling but the elves wanted a bigger wider smile showing teeth This little girl stuck her fingers in the sides of her mouth pulling her mouth to the sides This so shook up Santa and the elves behind the camera they where not quick enough to catch the complete moment

Sunday was the busiest day of the season non stop children visiting with Santa what a great day to spend with Santa A lot of families come by for their annual picture with Santa it is such a treat to see families maintain the tradition of having their pictures taken with Santa

Today was a long day at the mall at 7:30am for a breakfast with Santa about 30 kids showed up with parents some elves from the local schools you where great with the kids taching and working on crafts with all the kids Breakfast was provided by Subway way to go guys A breakfast sandwich apple pieces milk and a cookie it was a great breakfast Breakfast was over at 10:00am Santa went on the set and he had children coming by until 8PM A great day a very steady busy day Attending the breakfast also was Miss Oregon the little girls where all excited to see Miss Oregon

 Another sad day for Santa a little girl came in with a family after the picture she asked if she could be last to talk to Santa Santa agreed when all the other children had talked to Santa She came forward and her only request was could Santa please bring her father back from heaven

Another slow and steady day for Santa Santa had a middle school choir from Medford come in to visit the candy store next to Santa but the did take time out to visit with Santa and have their picture taken They had just performed a concert for retired school teachers from the Medford school district They where a very polite and nice groups of kids

Good Morning another slow but steady day at the mall nothing out of the ordinary happened today Just the regular flow of little ones some happy and excited to see Santa some not so enthusiastic about their visit with Santa
